Notes and limitations of RTC for Revit:
Remote Team Collaboration (RTC) for Revit requires a fully functioning system to work properly. If one or more of the CacheDrives become inaccessible to the Morro Global File System (e.g. loss of Internet access, CacheDrive powered off, etc.) while a design is open, the design may become inaccessible on the other CacheDrives in the account as well. To resolve this, ensure that all components in your Morro account are functioning normally, then Sync with Central. Some users may also need to perform a "Repair Central Model".
When enabled RTC for Revit, it will increase sync priority over other type of files. As result, sync order may change. That introduce additional limitation. We keep improving to eliminate those limitations, but it is trade off with performance. For example below sequence will break sync order, and as result inconsistency between cloud and local device.
- Create new folder
- Move .rvt file to new folder
- Copy .rvt file from Windows to the same location of the moved .rvt file.
