A few things to note when using the Sharepoint Sync app:

  • Microsoft requires interactive authentication token renewal, so we recommend logging in to MCM using the account configured in the Sharepoint Sync app at least once per month.
  • If the password for the account configured in Sharepoint Sync is changed, the user will need to log in to MCM again.
  • If a file is locked in Sharepoint, it will not be locked in the CacheDrive and vice versa.
  • New sites may not be usable immediately. It may take up to several hours or more. If you wait one day, and still not show up, please contact Morro Support.
