In Microsoft Entra ID mode, use the User tab to view users, import users from Microsoft Entra ID, and export user information to a CSV file. User management should be done in Microsoft Entra ID.
Import Users
Import users to make them available when managing share access restrictions.
Note that imported users will be in pending state (listed in gray color) and will not have access to shares via SMB until they login to the Team Portal at least once.
To import users:
- Select the user(s) from the list and click "Import".
- To filter the list of users, enter a search string in the "Filter by name" field. To filter out a set of users, enter a search string in the "Filter by name" field and select "exclude".
Export Users
Use the "Export Users" button to download a CSV file containing the following information for the imported users:
- Username
- Full name
- Email address
- Primary group
- Secondary groups
Edit Users
Click on a user to edit the user settings.
In Microsoft Entra ID mode, you can:
- Unimport - Remove this user from the Morro Account. This will remove the user from share-level access control lists.
