The Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) label is fixed to the bottom of your Morro CacheDrive or xCache Expansion Unit.

The UUID of the Morro device will be populated automatically during the registration process if the device is properly installed and powered up when the device is on the same network.

In some cases (for example, Morro CacheDrive is locateds in a remote office), you can enter the UUID manually. The UUID is simply a 128-bit value, in 32 characters with inserted hyphen for human-readable format.

UUID example: EF704080-7278-11E3-80EA-B8AEEDE5772

For virtual machines and CacheDrive in Cloud, please contact your Account Manager for the UUID.
