Morro Data offers a 3-year hardware warranty on Morro CacheDrives starting from the date of purchase.


Returns

Morro Data offers a 15-days no-hassle return. The returned product must be in original factory condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Ship it back to us with the original receipt in 15 days from the date you receive the product.


To complete your no-hassle return, go to your order URL in the order email and request a refund online. We will refund you using the original payment method.


After 15 days, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from Morro Support at support@morrodata.com before returning a product. Products returned without an Return Authorization number will not be processed and will be returned to you.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.


The monthly storage subscription fee, if any, is not refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@morrosystems.com.


Product Exchanges

If you are experiencing issues with any of your devices, contact Customer Support and our support team will help you resolve your issues. If we determine that the device is not functioning properly, we will initiate our RMA process to exchange your device. For more information on our warranty policy and returns policy, please see our Terms of Service.


Standard Support

  1. Customer ships the defective unit back to Morro Data using their own shipping method.
  2. Upon receipt of the defective unit, Morro Data will send a replacement device by UPS Ground.
  3. Expedited shipping available at extra cost.


Premium Support

  1. Morro Data will send a replacement device by UPS 2nd Day once the RMA form is completed.
  2. Customer ships the defective unit back to Morro Data using their own shipping method.
  3. Expedited shipping available at extra cost.


If we do not receive the defective device within 30 days of the replacement shipping date, we will charge you for the full value of the device on the credit card we have on file with your account.
